Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88lucky customer support immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account pending investigation.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 88lucky may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 88lucky reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 88lucky reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or terminate any account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. 88lucky is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original promotion terms.
All bets placed on the 88lucky Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. 88lucky will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of 88lucky.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game results, or technical malfunctions — 88lucky reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 88lucky's decision in such matters is final.
88lucky may apply maximum payout limits to individual bets or to cumulative winnings within a specified period. Where applicable, these limits will be displayed within the relevant game or betting market. 88lucky reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any player at its sole discretion.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88lucky makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 88lucky's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 88lucky's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
88lucky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
